She was professional, courteous, and answered every question we had regardless of how simple or complex it was. She was very responsive through call, text, and email, and anytime we had a question about the home she would immediately contact the sellers agent and we would have an answer within hours. We felt like she always represented our best interests throughout our offer to closing, and helped us to work with the seller to have multiple repairs done that made our new home safer. She checked in with us every step of the way, and helped us find the perfect place for us and negotiated strongly to get it within our budget. We were so lucky to have her and are so thankful with how hard she worked on our behalf with us, our lender, and title company.
